IndiaMART product image size and how to add photos to your catalog

IndiaMART product photos: use medium-size images around 500 × 500 px, no larger than 4 MB, with the product covering 60–70% of the image on a white background (IndiaMART Help, updated 6 Mar 2025, read 18 Oct 2026). Add them in four steps:

Log in to your IndiaMART seller account with your registered mobile number.

Open Manage Products from the left-hand menu.

Pick the product and click Add Photo. Upload one image per angle: around 500 × 500 px, up to 4 MB each, the product filling 60–70% of the frame on white.

Click Save and Continue. For a new product, use Add Product, add the photos, then Finish.
