Meesho catalogue maker: make the images, then fill the catalog form

There is no catalog builder on this page. A Meesho catalogue is images plus the Supplier Panel form, and two tools do those parts.

Make Meesho catalog images

ListMagic fills the Meesho catalog form for you. Free plan to start.

To make a Meesho catalogue, make the images in the Meesho image generator (one 1000 × 1000 px JPG per photo), then let ListMagic fill the Supplier Panel catalog form; you check it and press Submit. ListMagic starts on a Free plan; the Seller Pass is ₹99 a month (StitchMagic pricing, 16 Oct 2026).

How to make a Meesho catalogue in three steps

Meesho’s own upload steps are: select a category, upload the product images, then fill in details such as price and GST (Meesho how-it-works page, retrieved 4 Oct 2026). Two StitchMagic tools cover the parts that take the time.

  1. Make the catalog images. The Meesho image generator puts each product photo, uncropped, on a 1000 × 1000 px white square and gives you a JPG per photo. To fit an existing photo to a square without a margin, use the Meesho image resizer.
  2. Fill the catalog form. ListMagic, a Chrome extension for a laptop, fills the Supplier Panel catalog form for you; you check it and press Submit.
  3. Fix what QC sends back. Meesho names its QC errors, such as “Wrong Category Error” and “Image Upload Error”; the Meesho catalog rejected guide maps each one to its fix.

Meesho catalog image size and what to check

Meesho’s public pages state no pixel size, file size or background colour for catalog images: none of the seven we read on 4 Oct 2026 did. They ask for “a sharp, clear image of the front” of the product, then additional images. Third-party guides disagree on the minimum.

Our recommendation, and only ours: a square image at 1000 × 1000 px, which is what the image generator makes. If the Supplier Panel shows a different size when you upload, use the panel’s. The Meesho image guide compares every published claim with its source.

How to edit a catalog in Meesho

Changes to a live catalog are made in your Meesho Supplier Panel, not in a StitchMagic tool. The public Meesho pages we read do not describe the edit screen, so follow the edit option the panel shows on the catalog and Meesho’s supplier help for which fields can change after QC.

If the edit is a new photo, make it in the image generator first and upload it in the panel. For many products at once, the Meesho bulk listing guide covers the Excel template.

Other catalogue makers: WhatsApp and PDF

A Meesho catalog lives inside Meesho. To send products to buyers directly, the WhatsApp catalogue maker builds a catalogue to share in chats, the photo catalog maker turns product photos into a catalogue, and the digital catalog maker makes a product catalog to send as a file. Every WhatsApp selling tool and guide is on our WhatsApp seller hub.
