How to make barcodes in bulk from Excel

Code 128 is the default. Choose your sticker sheet; the preview is to scale. - 3
Skip used stickers
On a part-used A4 sheet, set “Start at label” to the first empty position. - 4
Download and print
A PDF for that sheet, or a PNG ZIP named after each SKU. Print at 100%, not “fit to page”.

Is this bulk barcode generator free?
Yes. The first 500 rows run free with no signup. For more, split the list into batches of 500, or give a WhatsApp number (with consent) to raise the limit to 5,000 rows until you reload.
Can I generate barcodes from Excel?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx or .csv, or paste the column, then choose the code column and an optional caption column.
Can I make Code 128 barcodes in bulk?
Yes. Code 128 is the default type: it holds letters and numbers of any length and needs no registration, so it suits your own SKUs.
Can I use a self-made EAN-13 on Amazon India?
No. Amazon.in accepts only UPCs and EANs issued by GS1 India and checks them against the GS1 database; brand owners without barcodes can apply for a GTIN exemption (Amazon.in seller blog, retrieved 4 Oct 2026).
Why won’t my printed barcode scan?
Usually it was printed with "fit to page" instead of 100%, or the bars are too thin for the label size. Reprint at actual size or move up a label size.
Do you store my SKU list?
No. Everything is built in your browser. Only the WhatsApp form, if used, sends your number, the page name and the row count.
Can I generate multiple barcodes at once?
Yes. Every row becomes a barcode in one run, as one PDF or a PNG ZIP.
Can I make Code 39 barcodes in bulk?
Yes. Pick Code 39 in the type list when an older scanner needs it; otherwise use Code 128.
Do I need a barcode font or add-in for Excel?
No. Upload the sheet or paste the column; the tool draws the bars.
