Meesho parcel: where to track it, and how suppliers pack one

For buyers waiting on a parcel (one line) and for Meesho suppliers packing one (the rest).

Waiting for a Meesho parcel? Open the order in the Meesho shopping app; the order page is where its delivery status shows. StitchMagic cannot track Meesho orders.

Packing one as a supplier? A Meesho parcel is your own courier bag with Meesho’s shipping label on it, handed to the pickup agent. Five steps:

  1. Pack the piece in a self-seal courier bag that fits it without stretching the seal.
  2. In the Supplier Panel’s “Ready to ship” tab, download the shipping label and paste it on the package.
  3. For a same-day pickup, download the label before 11 AM.
  4. Download and print the manifest before the pickup agent reaches you.
  5. Hand the parcels over against the manifest and keep your copy.

Steps 2–4: Meesho Supplier Learning Hub lessons, retrieved 4 October 2026. Steps 1 and 5 are our recommendation.

Meesho ka parcel kaise track kare

Meesho ka parcel kahan hai, yeh Meesho app mein order kholkar dekhiye; delivery status wahin dikhta hai. Koi doosri website aapka parcel track nahi kar sakti. Agar aap supplier hain, to neeche label aur pickup ke steps hain.

In English: a buyer tracks a Meesho parcel from the order in the Meesho app. A supplier does not track it for the buyer; the supplier’s job ends at the handover to the pickup agent, and a parcel stuck after that is raised from the Supplier Panel under Support with “Raise a Ticket” (Meesho support lesson, read 11 October 2026). Searching for “meesho my orders list pdf”? On the supplier side the printable list of a day’s orders is the manifest from the Ready to ship tab.

What goes inside a Meesho parcel and what goes on the outside of the courier bag
The invoice goes in; only the label goes on. StitchMagic recommendation.

Meesho parcel packing: what goes inside, and what goes on it

On the outside, the shipping label only; inside, the product and the tax invoice. Meesho tells suppliers to download the label from the “Ready to ship” tab and paste it on the package (How to package and process orders, retrieved 4 October 2026). The rest of this section is our recommendation, not a Meesho rule.

If your label PDF prints the tax invoice on the same sheet as the label, do not tape the whole sheet to the bag: the invoice shows the order value, and a parcel that advertises its value travels through several hands. Crop the sheet so only the label goes on the bag; the Meesho label crop tool does a whole PDF in the browser and prints at thermal size. What a GST invoice must show is set by the tax rules, published at gst.gov.in.

Keep your own phone number, WhatsApp or Instagram out of the parcel. Meesho’s penalties lesson lists a ₹5,000 charge and possible deactivation for sending a Meesho order to the customer directly(How to handle incorrect penalties, retrieved 4 October 2026); an insert that invites the buyer off Meesho is not worth testing against that.

Which bags, padding and labels to buy, and in what sizes, is in the Meesho packing material guide.

Meesho parcel photo: what the parcel looks like

There is no single Meesho box: each supplier ships in its own courier bag with Meesho’s shipping label pasted on it, so two Meesho parcels can look quite different. We do not show a photo of someone else’s parcel here. If you are a supplier photographing your own packed parcel before handover, a clear shot of the label side is a useful record if a buyer later reports an empty box or a wrong item, which Meesho says you will have to refund (penalties lesson, retrieved 4 October 2026).

  • Size the bag to the goods. A kurti in an oversized bag slides and arrives creased, and a bigger bag than the piece needs can push the shipping charge up; the Meesho shipping cost guide shows how.
  • Wrap embellished or fragile pieces in tissue or bubble wrap before they go in.
  • Do not overfill. If the flap will not fold cleanly over the adhesive strip, use the next size.
  • Paste the label flat, away from folds and seams, with no tape across the barcode.

Meesho parcel delivery and pickup

Meesho’s shipping partner collects the parcel from your pickup address; for a same-day pickup, download the label before 11 AM (How to avoid common mistakes on Meesho, retrieved 4 October 2026). The same lesson says to download and print the manifest for orders in the Ready to ship tab before the pickup agent reaches you.

Who that partner is, and what you control in the chain, is covered in the Meesho delivery partner guide. The short version: have every parcel packed and labelled before the agent arrives, and count them out against the manifest.

When a Meesho parcel comes back: RTO or customer return

An RTO costs you no return shipping fee; a customer return does, based on the weight of the shipment. Meesho’s pricing page says “Meesho will not charge a return shipping fee for any RTOs”, and the shipping partner attempts delivery three times before the parcel comes back. For a customer return, Meesho’s shipping page says the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on weight, waived in some exceptional cases; the fee for each product is shown in its product details in the Supplier Panel.

Most of what you can do about either is in the listing: an accurate photo and size chart are what stop a buyer refusing at the door or sending the piece back. Why sarees come back is in our Meesho saree returns analysis; the full seller-side picture is in Meesho returns for sellers, and the Meesho seller guides page links the rest. To price returns in, the Meesho commission calculator takes a return rate and a return fee.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track my Meesho parcel?

Open the order in the Meesho shopping app; the order page is where its delivery status shows. StitchMagic cannot track Meesho orders.

What does a Meesho parcel look like?

There is no single Meesho box. Each supplier ships in its own courier bag with the Meesho shipping label pasted on it, which suppliers download from the Ready to ship tab in the Supplier Panel (Meesho packaging lesson, retrieved 4 October 2026).

Does the tax invoice go inside or outside the Meesho parcel?

We recommend inside. The invoice shows the order value, so if it prints on the same sheet as the label, crop the sheet and paste only the label on the bag.

What time should I download the Meesho label for same-day pickup?

Before 11 AM, according to Meesho's lesson "How to avoid common mistakes on Meesho" (retrieved 4 October 2026). Print the manifest before the pickup agent reaches you.

Who pays when a Meesho parcel comes back?

For an RTO, Meesho charges no return shipping fee (pricing page, retrieved 4 October 2026). For a customer return, the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment, shown in the product details in the Supplier Panel.

Can I put my own contact details in the Meesho parcel?

We advise against it. Meesho's penalties lesson lists a ₹5,000 charge and possible deactivation for sending a Meesho order to the customer directly (retrieved 4 October 2026), and an insert inviting the buyer off Meesho is not worth that risk.

Meesho rules quoted here were retrieved on 4 and 11 October 2026. Everything else is StitchMagic’s recommendation. If your Supplier Panel says something different, follow the panel.
