Read the rows as a buyer would. Chaura Bazar mixes Punjabi clothing with spices, electronics and jewellery, so go there for Punjabi suits and dupattas rather than knitwear lots. Ghumar Mandi’s boutiques and footwear stores show what sells at retail. For clothing lots, directories point to AC Market, and to Mochpura Bazar for sarees.

Ludhiana wholesale: hosiery, knitwear and woollens
Ludhiana makes winterwear and knits. Its DC-MSME Brief Industrial Profile says “the unregistered sector in the district produces cycle & bicycle parts, Readymade Garments & Hosiery goods, woollen product”, and lists hosiery among openings for new MSMEs. It also profiles a “Knitted outwear cluster” making “textile & knitwear goods”, with Bahadur Ke Textiles & Knit Wear Association, Industrial complex, as its SPV. For knitwear made to order, that association is the named point of contact: ask it for member units rather than walking bazaars.

Composition
Wool, acrylic or blend? Each washes, wears and prices differently, and a buyer expecting wool who receives acrylic sends it back. Ask plainly, then put that composition in your Meesho listing’s fabric field.
Pilling
Pilling means small fibre balls bobbling up on a knit’s surface. Rub a sleeve firmly against itself at the dealer’s counter; if bobbles start there, reviews will mention them.
Recovery
Stretch a cuff or hem gently and watch it return. Knits that stay stretched look worn out after a few washes, and Meesho buyers photograph that.
